MILWAUKEE, Nov. 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Directors of Johnson
Controls, Inc. (JCI) today authorized a regular quarterly cash dividend of
$0.13 per common share. The dividend is payable January 5, 2009 to
shareholders of record on December 12, 2008.
